Tower Hamlet Council is offereing refunds if you received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) in Lochnagar Road, E14 for a traffic contravention 50U relating to the "Performing a prohibited turn (No U-turn)" since 2012.

They are also issuing refunds if you received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) in either Wood Close and/or St Matthew's Row, E2 for parking within a Market Trader's Bay with a yellow line restriction within it during the last two years from June 1, 2012

Important information regarding Penalty Charge Notices issued in Lochnagar Street/Road, E14

If you have been issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) in Lochnagar Road, E14 for a traffic contravention 50U relating to the "Performing a prohibited turn (No U-turn)" since 2012, you may be entitled to a full refund of the monies paid if you meet the criteria, subject to documentation evidencing the transaction.

In the first instance, please contact us via email with the vehicle registration, PCN number if possible and proof of payment showing amount paid, date of payment and name of payee to parking@towerhamlets.gov.uk
