Funeral Car Given Parking Ticket in Edinburgh
A funeral car in Edinburgh was given a parking ticket by a parking attendant.
St Andrew's and St George's church was the venue for the funeral and when mourners left the church they were astonished to find that the penalty chage notice ( or PCN) had been issued.
The funeral directors spoke to the parking attendant and pointed out that the vehicle was allowed to park there.
Eventually the council cancelled the parking ticket.
